Terms of Service

including the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Last updated: 2026-07-20

Welcome to TutuEmail. Using the service means you agree to these terms. Please read the Acceptable Use Policy below — it protects every user’s sending reputation.

1. Accounts

Real identity

Your registration email must be valid; usernames may not contain @ or whitespace, to avoid masquerading as an email address.

No impersonation

Reserved system addresses on this domain (@tutuemail.com), such as admin, postmaster, noreply, support, cannot be claimed — impersonating the service is prohibited.

Account security

You are responsible for activity under your account; keep your password and API keys safe.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

No spam

Sending bulk marketing or junk email without recipient consent is prohibited.

No phishing/fraud

Sending phishing, scam, malware, or brand-impersonation email is prohibited.

Respect limits

You must respect system caps on recipients-per-message, sending rate and attachment size, and must not circumvent anti-abuse mechanisms.

Stay lawful

You may not use the service for any unlawful activity or to infringe others’ rights.

3. Enforcement

Revoke & ban

For AUP violations we may immediately revoke the relevant API keys, suspend sending domains, or ban the account to protect overall sending reputation.

Rate limiting

Abnormal sending triggers rate limiting (429); persistent abuse escalates to a ban.

4. Availability

Best effort

We strive to keep the service available and improving; some capabilities (realtime, send-by-key) are rolling out.

Changes

We may adjust features and quotas; material changes are announced in advance.

5. Disclaimer & contact

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”.
